BUSINESS SERVICES AGREEMENTThe Telmex USA Business Services Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to ITFS, Conference Services and other Telecommunications services as required by applicable regulation. Telmex USA state and federal tariffs, as applicable, will supersede the Terms in the Business Services Agreement for sales of tariffed services, to the extent required by law.
